Things to improve on:
1) Reliability-- respond to all types of communications within 24 hours
2) Be clear-- don't simply say "YES" to do something, when you are not sure, say "I'm not SURE"
3) Be accurate-- Recheck and recheck for errors
4) Know the rules in and out
