NEJM.org. You can search the articles, limiting to "Clinical Practice", and find reviews of current treatment guidelines for topics like DM2, HTN. Concise, 3 page articles with a case, guidelines, tables, graphs, all the high yield goodies. You might need a subscription for full text, but at $65 per year (which includes 52 hard copies), it's well-worth it.
