Studying for Family Medicine shelf

Recently took FM shelf and found it to be harder than expected, but pretty fair. Generally, on par with the Internal Medicine shelf. I personally had TONS of neuromuscular stuff; MS, parkinson's, myastenia gravisX2, lambert-eaton, PMR, polymyositis, and ALS. Numerous peds questions; child with limp, depression, asymptomatic pyuria and developmental stages.

I used FA for step 2 which was decent and also NMS family medicine question book which I thought sucked (too many specific statistics which is never asked). I also used Swanson's and www.familypractice.com (training review questions link) questions. Thought the website questions were probably the most reasonable and helpful but studying specific topics you feel weak in would be helpful in swanson's.
